Charlie Watson
Charlie Watson serves as Board Treasurer for EmPath For Autism Foundation. He oversees communications, promotions, budgeting, and strategic planning. Charlie plays a key role in aligning the foundation’s creative vision with operational execution, helping ensure its programs are both effective and sustainable.

Taylor Moore
Taylor Moore is the Foundation Director and Board Secretary for EmPath For Autism Foundation, where she guides day-to-day operations and helps bring the organization’s vision to life. She oversees grant management, coordinates fundraising efforts, and launches programs that directly support families in the autism community.

Ashley Shinholster
Ashley McHugh Shinholster is EmPath for Autism’s Development and Donor Relations Manager. A Cincinnati native with a BA in Communication from the University of Cincinnati, she has over 20 years of experience working with children and is the author of the children’s book Be U Bear, inspired by her son and centered on acceptance and inclusion. As a mother to an autistic son, her passion for autism advocacy is deeply personal and drives her commitment to building meaningful relationships with donors and community partners who make inclusion possible.
